We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to play a key role in promoting our projects, values, and brand to clients, stakeholders, and the wider community. Collaborating closely with our marketing and business development team, the role will contribute to the company’s marketing strategy while executing day-to-day tasks and activities to drive visibility, engagement, and growth.

Applicants are required to have:  

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in architecture, design, or creative industries is desirable but not essential.

Other essential information:

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours).

Contract: Permanent

Location: Nottingham, Leicester or Birmingham based.

Salary: £25,000 to £29,500

Closing date:  15th January 2025
